Human Resources Clerk for 2nd Shift responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering Phones
• Data entry
• Daily assistance/interaction with hourly and Management employees
• Assist in resolving employee issues
• Communications with both internal and external departments
• General Office Duties
• Daily Attendance Tracking of all company employees
• Manage employee requests for time off
• Filing as required
• Organize and manage company Quarterly Newsletter
• Other duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position.  This is an ON-SITE position.  

Qualified candidates for the Human Resources Clerk for 2nd Shift position should possess the following:

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel
• Proficient data entry skills
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
• Exemplary work history and attendance with previous employers
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is critical
• Team Player with good communication skills
• Professional attitude and conduct
• English/Spanish Bilingual Skills a plus
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
