Human Resources Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Qualified candidates for the Human Resources Clerk position should possess the following:
Exceptional people skills along with the desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time
Ability to use phone, fax, scanner, and copier
Excellent communication skills
Strong listening/comprehension skills
Strong work ethic - self-starter with a positive attitude
Reliable attendance and willingness to be at work every day on time
Must be available to work occasional Saturday hours
Ability to multi-task
Computer Knowledge - Excel, Power Point Proficient, with an aptitude for learning computer programs quickly
Bilingual (English/Spanish/French) is preferred
Previous experience with candidate interviewing, hiring and post offer paperwork completion preferred by not required
Qualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check.
