Employment Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet employment office patrons
• Assist individuals with completing their application and/or on-line paperwork
• Answer phones
• Schedule interviews
• Perform basic office duties
• Process employment applications

Hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with an hour lunch.  Some Saturday hours may be required.

This is an on-site position.

Qualified candidates for the Employment Clerk position should possess the following:

• Exceptional people skills along with the desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time
• Ability to use phone, fax, scanner, and copier
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong listening/comprehension skills
• Strong work ethic - self-starter with a positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and willingness to be at work every day on time
• Must be available to work occasional Saturday hours
• Ability to multi-task
• Computer Knowledge - Excel, Power Point Proficient, with an aptitude for learning computer programs quickly
• Bilingual skill (English/Spanish) is preferred

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
