Maintenance Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Schedule daily preventative maintenance for all crews and other departments in E- Maintenance
• Maintain E-Maintenance Reports
• Assist with tracking Capital Projects for the plant
• Use the requisition system
• Maintain work order documentation
• Maintain and track blueprints
• Train on and use Auto-Cad
• Oversee and monitor root cause analysis process
• Oversee contractor scheduling
• Other duties as assigned

This position is an on-site position.  This is a safety sensitive position.

Qualified candidates for the Maintenance Clerk position should possess the following:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office:  Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Ability to learn E-Maintenance system

• Ability to learn Auto-Cad

• Excellent math skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Great follow-up skills

• Excellent communication skills

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
