The Kansas City Steak, a National Beef Company, is hiring friendly professionals for Seasonal Customer Support Specialist positions. If you are a “people person,” we want to talk to you! Multiple full-time and part-time, day shift Customer Support Specialist positions are now available at our inbound call center.
What will you do? Help people check off their holiday list as you provide web site support, process customer orders, and help to resolve customer service issues through phone, e-mail, chat, and social media platforms by offering solutions while remaining composed and objective.
Sound like you? Positions begin Now and run through the end of the year, and are located at our Northland office (MCI airport location.)
Seasonal Customer Support Specialists will receive a base pay rate of $18.00 per hour
Call center experience is preferred.
Seasonal Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Handle high volume inbound calls, quickly and efficiently
Inbound calls include placing holiday orders for customers and providing customer resolutions
Provide customer an optimal experience to ensure single contact resolution on service matters
Assist with order issues and resolve in a quick, efficient manner while delivering exemplary service
Provide customers with assistance regarding product questions and ordering help
Other duties as assigned
This is an on-site position.
Qualified Candidates for the Seasonal Customer Support Specialist position should possess the following:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
