Human Resources Project Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Human Resource Project Manager is primarily responsible for planning, executing, and managing Human Resources projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet organizational goals. This role requires a blend of HR expertise, project management skills, and effective communication abilities to drive successful change within the HR function.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution; Developing and managing HR project plans, including defining scope, setting objectives, and establishing time-lines
Stakeholder Management; Collaborating with HR professionals, senior leadership, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
Resource Allocation and Budget Management; Identifying, allocating, and managing resources (human and financial) for HR projects
Process Improvement; Identifying and implementing process improvements within HR to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Technology Solutions; Evaluating and implementing HR technology solutions to support HR projects and operations
Risk Management; Conducting project risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
Reporting and Communication; Providing regular status updates, progress reports, and project performance evaluations to stakeholders
Change Management; Managing the transition to new processes, technologies, or initiatives within the HR function
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant HR laws and regulations
Additional duties as assigned

Qualified candidates for the Human Resources Project Manager position should possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 10 Years relevant HR experience, with a focus on project management, SHRM certification preferred
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred
HR Knowledge and Experience: A strong understanding of HR practices, processes, and policies
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage HR projects
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions
Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during project implementation
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate project teams and the willingness to work cross-functionally with all departments across the organization
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adjust to changing project requirements and priorities.
This position requires overnight travel to various project sites up to 30% of the time to oversee implementation, training, and evaluation of systems
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
