Qualified candidates for the Customer Service Representative position should possess the following:
Excellent communication skills
English / Spanish bilingual communication skills highly recommended
Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work in stressful circumstances and handle all types of personalities and levels of authority
Ability to manage a high volume of emails and respond promptly
Must be driven and goal oriented
Self-Disciplined and Resourceful
Must be punctual
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Must Have:
Minimum High School Education or Equivalent
General office skills
Professional Appearance
Professional Attitude
Good Work Ethic
Computer Experience (including Microsoft Word and Excel)
Previous experience with heavy phone work
Reasoning and problem-solving ability
3+ Years customer service experience
