Hours: 3 pm to 11:30 pm

Responsibilities 2nd Shift Human Resources Clerk position include but are not limited to:

• Answering Phones
• Data entry
• Daily assistance/interaction with hourly and Management employees
• Communications with both internal and external departments
• General Receptionist Duties
• Daily Attendance Tracking
• Filing as required
• Various duties as required

This is an ON-SITE position.

Qualified candidates for the 2nd Shift Human Resources Clerk position should have the following:

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Possess efficient data entry skills
• Good customer service skills
• Good work history and attendance
• Must be able to work with confidential matters
• Team Player with good communication skills
• Good Telephone etiquette skills
• Possess a professional attitude/conduct
• English/Spanish Bilingual Skills a plus
